Refund policy

RETURNS

Please CONTACT US before you return any item(s).

  • Our return process is easy! If you change your mind, you can send your purchase back within 30 days of receiving your package free of charge.
  • Just get in touch and we'll provide a free FedEx returns label which you attach to your parcel and drop off at any collection point.
  • Returns must be in original condition, unused with original box. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
  • Once your return item has been received by us, inspected and refunded, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It can take up to 3-5 days for your refund to be shown in your bank account. 
  • In line with your right to cancel, if you return a product within 30 days, we will refund the price you paid for the product(s). We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. However, we always endeavour to do this as quickly as possible.
  • We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
