Delivery

  • All orders are delivered within 2-3 working days
  • Deliveries are made Monday - Friday to UK mainland. International shipping not available.
  • Deliveries will be made by either one of our third-party courier partners.
  • If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may (by informing us in writing) cancel the contract, however:
  • You may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched; and
  • If you cancel the contract, you can have no further claim against us under that contract.
  • If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss, or increase in the price of the goods).
  • In some instances, depending on stock availability, we may deliver the goods in instalments. Each instalment is treated as a separate contract.
  • We (or our third-party courier) may decline to deliver if:
  • We believe that it would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonably difficult to do so
  • The premises (or the access to them) are unsuitable for our/ our courier’s vehicle
  • The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.
  • You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to tell us within seven working days of delivery (or the expected delivery time). You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

 

Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

Our Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 14 days from the time you receive your package.

Returns must be in original condition, unused with original box. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

Once your return item has been received by us, inspected and refunded, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It can take up to 3-5 days for your refund to be shown in your account. 

All return charges are the customer's liability.

In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. However, we always endeavour to do this as quickly as possible.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.
